    What was once a vacant, burned-out shell on Route 517 will soon be rebuilt as a single family home thanks to the efforts and dedication of the volunteers at Sussex County Habitat for Humanity. Habitat volunteer Claudio Pineiro said the property, which had been abandoned for some time and heavily damaged by a fire, was donated by the Franklin Borough Council about two years ago.
